the past couple of days have been really good. yesterday i had half a grapefruit and one serving size bowl of oatmeal. oatmeal's become somewhat of a savior because i serving is really filling and low on calories. plus it's pretty high in fiber so it doesnt stay in the system too long. today was fruit only, 2 apples. i'm not sure how much weight because i left my scale at college, but i do feel skinnier. i go to the doc for some sleep tests tuesday so i'm sure i'll be weighed then. hopefully i'll be pleasantly suprised.
